Canada is your destination of choice to do business…
Business Immigration has seen much success across Canada in recent years. It is designed to attract experienced businesspersons or investors who will contribute to Canada’s economy.
A businessperson is defined as a manager, a professional, a business owner, a self-employed individual, a person who wants to start a business or purchase one, and a farmer.
An investor is a prospective immigrant who wants to settle in Canada with his/her family by contributing to Canada’s economy through an investment.
DIVERSA IMMIGRATION specializes in the New Brunswick Business Immigration Stream while offering long-term and personalized business support to our clients. As a business immigrant, you will benefit from a long list of immigration and business support services to help you immigrate and settle in Canada through our Full Business Immigration Package.
Upon arrival to Canada, we will refer you to the various business settlement agencies and services that are offered free of charge by the Government of Canada and various Provincial Governments.
We represent entrepreneurs, business professionals and investors in the entire business immigration process.
Provincial business immigration streams
Start up or purchase a business for a provincial nomination
Applicants interested in immigrating to Canada through any Provincial Nominee Business program – under business, entrepreneur or self-employed streams, must meet basic requirements. Each province sets out their basic eligibility criteria based on its own regional needs.
Under Provincial Nominee Business Programs, foreign nationals require the capital, skills, education and business management experience that is needed to contribute to the province they intent to immigrate to, which in turn, can nominate them. Once nominated, by a province, applicants are issued a Certificate, allowing them to submit their application for Canadian residency.
The advantages of the Provincial Nominee Business Programs are many. First, these provincial business immigration programs allow for business immigrants to start up or purchase a business while also accelerating the immigration process of applicants and their families.
Provincial Nominee Programs for business and entrepreneurs generally require similar obligations such as a business exploratory visit trip, an interview with a Provincial Immigration Officer, business plans, cash deposits and the submission of performance agreement.
