Express Entry
Express Entry is a selection process that has been designed to fill the labor-skill shortage that Canada is facing. You do not need to have a job offer or a provincial nomination to be sent an Invitation to Apply (ITA) by IRCC. Retain us for your Express Entry Profile and overall immigration process and increase your opportunity to receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA).
Provincial Nominee Programs for workers
Provincial Nominee Programs for workers allow provinces to set the criteria specific to their regional labor shortage to invite applicants with specific work experience. In the Atlantic provinces, the Atlantic Immigration Pilot program exempts employers from obtaining a LMIA for their employees, which streamlines the process much faster through accelerated wait times for work permits. However, each province has at least one skilled worker immigration program, and most have a handful of options, including specialized programs for francophone workers, or those willing to live in rural areas across Canada.
Provincial Nominee Programs for entrepreneurs
Provincial Nominee Programs for entrepreneurs are in place for applicants to make a significant contribution to the provincial economy. The prospective immigrants are selected by each province to establish or purchase eligible businesses.
Work Visas
You got a job offer by a Canadian employer!
Were you offered a job for a specific period and have an employment contract? Congratulations!
We can help you with your application for a closed work permit, allowing you to work exclusively for the Canadian employer who hired you. Depending on you’re your occupation, your spouses could be eligible for an open work permit, allowing him/her to work any job, for any employer.
Find out more about the Temporary Foreign Worker (TFW) program and the process…
The Canadian Federal Government’s Temporary Foreign Workers (TFW) program allows eligible foreign workers to work in Canada for a temporary and authorized period.
Under this program, employers need to demonstrate they were unable to fill the positions by Canadian citizens or permanent residents – except in the case of the provinces taking advantage of the Atlantic Immigration Program, for long term residency, or the Francophone mobility program, for temporary French-speaking workers. Employers also need to prove that the hiring of Temporary Foreign Workers will not impact the Canadian labour market negatively through obtaining a Labor Market Impact Assessment from HRSDC.
Once the Labor Market Impact Assessment (LM IA) is acquired by the employer, the organization is ready to hire foreign nationals for a pre-determined duration of time. As such, both employers and job seekers need this authorization for foreign nationals to obtain their work permit, allowing him/her to work for the designated employer in the identified role. Spouses of work permit holders can obtain an open work permit, and children are eligible to study.
